2019 Toyota Camry - Complete Brake Overhaul
Customer Concern: Grinding noise when braking, pulsation felt through pedal.
Our Findings: Pads worn to metal, rotors badly warped and grooved. Caliper slide pins seized, causing uneven wear.
Solution: Replaced all four brake pads, resurfaced front rotors (rears replaced due to thickness), rebuilt calipers, replaced hardware and lubricated all moving parts.
Result: Smooth pedal feel, quiet operation, customer reported better stopping confidence.

2017 Ford F-150 - Squeaking Front Brakes
Customer Concern: High-pitched squeal when braking, especially in the morning.
Our Findings: Worn pads at 2mm, brake dust buildup on calipers, hardware clips worn and not providing proper noise isolation.
Solution: Replaced front pads with premium ceramic formulation, installed new hardware kit, cleaned and lubricated caliper pins, inspected rotors (re-surfaced).
Result: Quieter operation, cleaner wheels (less dust), improved braking response.
