Service Satisfaction Guarantee
At Precision Brake & Auto, we stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not completely satisfied with the service you've received, we want to hear from you.
Service Adjustments
Within 30 Days: If you experience any issues related to our workmanship within 30 days of service, we will inspect the work and make any necessary adjustments at no charge.
Warranty Claims: Our 12-month/12,000-mile warranty covers any defects in parts or labor. If a covered issue arises, we will repair it free of charge.
Parts Returns
New, unused parts may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original packaging and have not been installed. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
Special order parts cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Payment Refunds
Credit Card Refunds: Refunds to credit cards typically process within 5-7 business days after approval.
Cash Refunds: Cash refunds over $50 may require a check mailed to the address on file.
Deposit Returns: Deposits for special order parts are non-refundable once the order is placed.

Step 4: We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly
Exceptions
Refunds or adjustments do not apply to:
- Normal wear items after 90 days (brake pads, rotors, etc.)
- Issues caused by accidents, misuse, or negligence
- Work performed by other shops on the same components
- Vehicles not picked up within 30 days of service completion
