Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website or scheduling service with Precision Brake & Auto, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Service Appointments
Scheduling: All services require an appointment. You can schedule by calling (904) 555-1234 or through our online contact form.
Cancellation Policy: We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a diagnostic fee.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule to ensure we can complete your service properly.
Estimates and Pricing
Free Estimates: We provide free written estimates for brake service work.
Price Changes: If during the course of work we discover additional issues requiring different parts or labor, we will contact you before proceeding with any additional work. Your written authorization is required before we exceed the original estimate.
Parts Availability: Quote prices are based on parts availability at the time of estimate. If ordered parts increase in price, we will honor the original quote for 30 days.
Warranty
Coverage: We offer a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first) on parts and labor for brake pad replacement and brake service work performed by our technicians.
Limitations: This warranty does not cover normal wear items, damage from accidents or misuse, or issues arising from work performed by other shops.
Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, contact us at (904) 555-1234. We will inspect the work and repair any covered issues at no charge.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service completion. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. For financing options, ask about our Synchrony Financial partnership.
Returned Payments: A $35 fee will be charged for returned checks or failed credit card transactions.
Vehicle Storage and Liability
Storage: Vehicles left beyond the agreed pickup date may be subject to storage fees of $25 per day after 48 hours of attempted contact.
Insurance: While your vehicle is in our care, it is covered by our garage liability insurance. However, we recommend maintaining your own comprehensive coverage for any personal items left in the vehicle.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Precision Brake & Auto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Precision Brake & Auto and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or display any content from this website without our written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Duval County, Florida.
